Annual Performance Report on E-Gov’t Around the World

A new study, titled “eGovernment Leadership: High Performance, Maximum Value,” is the fifth in an annual series which examines e-government services around the world, and is based on user attitudes collected from 5,000 regular web users in 12 countries as well as data on the quality of services in 22 countries.
