Through our research and outreach, we have learned that case managers and frontline staff at social service agencies do not always have the knowledge, skills, and tools to support their clients in improving their financial lives. As a result, we took on the challenge of developing and testing a new set of tools and training for staff and volunteers working to help empower economically vulnerable consumers. Read our report.”
