More homeland security related legislation is in the spotlight, with the passage of H.R.3394 , the Cyber Security Research and Development Act. The focus of the programs included in the legislation are grants by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and NTIS to support research to protect government and corporate computer systems from terrorist attacks.
