Entertainment Groups Appeal File Swapping Decision

From PCWorld: The RIAA, the MPAA and the NMPA “have asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to overturn the decision by U.S. District Court Judge Stephen Wilson” denying the entertainment groups’ request to shut-down music downloading services Grokster and Morpheus.
