FTC’s Efforts to Save Do Not Call Registry

On September 30, “the Federal Trade Commission filed a motion with the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit for an emergency stay pending appeal of last week’s order by the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, which enjoined enforcement of provisions of the FTC’s Telemarketing Sales Rule that create the National Do Not Call Registry.”
