  • "The Centre for European Legal Studies of the University of Exeter School of Law is publishing the Exeter Papers in European Law on the Web. Four Papers are currently available online: Reform of the European Council: A Case Study; The Convention on the Future of the European Union: some 'Unconventional' Observations, Enlargement of the European Union - a view form the East with special reference to Turkey, and The Charter of Fundamental Rights as a foundation for the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice.
