"FirstGov.gov launched Web Chat--a tab on the Frequent Questions page--in an effort to expand the ways in which the public can contact the government. During its six-month pilot phase, Web Chat will be available Monday through Friday from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Once we've had the opportunity to assess Web Chat's popularity and effectiveness, we may adjust the hours of service."
