The American Customer Satisfaction Index Scores for U.S. Federal Government, December 14, 2004 ranked the National Library of Medicine’s MedLine Plus as the top Information/News
website in a field that included the DOJ, National Archives, the Dept. of State, the CDC and the GSA.
