Following up on previous postings on e-waste, this USA Today article highlights the costs and consequences of manufacturer and consumer resistance to recycling gadgets. The toxic components of all sorts of discarded gadgets, such as PCs, TVs, PDAs and cell phones, result in millions of pounds of unrecycled waste each year.
