It is actually the text of a presentation made last week by John Snyder, president of Artist House Records, to the National Association of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) and the RIAA, supporting free music downloading as a means of generating new and stronger sales for the industry. It is a thoughtful, well documented and practical argument from a veteran music industry insider, and worth review.
