Integrated Database on Trade Disputes for Latin American and the Caribbean

“The Division of International Trade and Integration of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) is making the Integrated Database on Trade Disputes for Latin American and the Caribbean (IDATD) available to governments, the academic community, experts on trade policy and interested persons in general in both Spanish. This database pools information on ongoing and concluded trade disputes addressed within the framework of the World Trade Organization (WTO), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Andean Community, the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR), the Central American Common Market (CACM) and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). It also provides an integrated search function that can be used to locate information on all the relevant dispute mechanisms.” [Juliana Salles, Division of International Trade and Integration, ECLAC/United Nations – via Marylin Raisch]
