- The Wrap – New York Times Reporters to Return to Pentagon Monday. The paper’s journalists are expected to regain access Monday after a federal judge ruled that the Defense Department’s press policy is unconstitutional
- Washington Post – Pentagon will move press to external ‘annex’ following court loss over restricted access. The Department of Defense said it had closed the “Correspondents’ Corridor” inside its main building, days after a judge found its new media policy unconstitutional.
- Washington Post – Pentagon press policy ruled unconstitutional in case brought by N.Y. Times . A federal judge found that controversial updates to the policy violated the First and Fifth Amendment rights of the New York Times and one of its reporters, Julian E. Barnes.
- Brian Stetler – Some reporters who handed in their Pentagon press passes last fall are trying to have their passes reinstated now that a judge has voided key parts of Pete Hegseth’s restrictive policy. The judge specifically said the NYT’s access had to be restored:
