DNC Submits FOIA Request for Release of Roberts’ Documents

Today the Democratic National Committee sent a formal request (2 page letter, PDF) to the Solicitor General of the DOJ, requesting that the agency release all documents in its possession that were authored by Judge Roberts while an employee of the agency.
