“This report is the first in a series of reports concerning the Air Force Network‑Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract. The Air Force NETCENTS contract is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity product, service, and total solutions contract. It has a $9 billion order ceiling and a base contract term of 3 years with two 1-year options. The contract provides the Air Force, DoD, and other Federal agencies a primary source of networking equipment and system engineering, installation, integration, operations, and maintenance.”
