Federal Government Telework Figures More Prominently After Record Breaking Winter Storms

During written testimony, Berry reaffirmed his “commitment to advancing telework” for federal workers and his idea of being able, someday, to declare a “mobile workday.”…During her testimony, Carter Kimsey, President American Federation of Government Employees (Local 3403) at the National Science Foundation, mentioned two bills in Congress which would “require that all federal workers be considered eligible for telework unless the agency shows they are ineligible.”
