International Compact with Iraq, Fact Sheet and Documents

Press release: “The International Compact with Iraq (ICI) is an initiative of the Government of Iraq, in partnership with the United Nations, and supported by the World Bank. This initiative seeks a new partnership with the International Community. It establishes a framework of commitments that will enable Iraq to realize its National Vision of a secure, unified, federal and democratic nation, founded on the principles of freedom and equality, and providing peace and prosperity for its people.”
