On December 30, I posted on Gov’t Warning Issued About Terrorists and Almanacs. As a follow-up, see In Defense of Almanacs and Almanac carries lot of weight in warning – FBI’s recent alert has editor bemused:

In both the articles noted above Kevin Seabrooke, a senior editor for The World Almanac and Book of Facts, published annually, respondes to the FBI warning. He purposefully points out that the information contained in the almanacs is widely available on the Internet and in reference materials in public libraries around the country.
