Report to Congress on Server and Data Center Energy Efficiency

“An EPA report, entitled Report to Congress on Server and Data Center Energy Efficiency (133 pages, PDF), assesses the national energy impacts from data centers in the U.S. The report recommends priority efficiency opportunities and policies which together have the potential to save up to $4 billion in annual electricity costs through broad implementation of best practices. Additional savings are available using state of the art technologies and operations.”
