From the Legal Times, Tony Mauro discusses tomorrow’s hearing in Washington, D.C. on the proposed Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 32.1, to allow lawyers to cite unpublished opinions. [Donna Cavallini]

The Association of the Bar of the City of New York expressed its support for the proposed rule in ths February 14, 2004 letter to the Administrative Office of the U.S. Court.
